Welcome to our Finnish tourist agency. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including guided tours, activity bookings, and travel arrangements throughout Finland and international destinations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our tourist services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or deposit as specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before: No refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Requirements and Documentation
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. We are not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation. All travelers must comply with local laws and customs of destinations visited.
Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for acts of nature, political situations, or third-party service providers. Travelers participate in activities at their own risk. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings.
Conduct and Safety
Travelers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from our guides. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from tours without refund. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during certain activities. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons.
